PCP Claims Experts – Terms of Business

PCP Claims Experts is a trading style of Evans Hughes Ltd, incorporated in England & Wales (Company number 12573301).

Evans Hughes Ltd is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority for regulated claims management activities (FRN 713027).

ICO registration number: ZA132396. Registered office: 128 City Road, London, United Kingdom EC1V 2NX.

PCP Claims Experts acts as an introducer for potential clients/customers to UK legal professionals or Claims Management Companies (CMC) who are authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority. We may receive payment from our partners for introducing claims or claimants.

We do not charge you for our service.

1. Purpose

These Terms of Business set out the agreement between PCP Claims Experts and you, the potential claimant (the “Client”). PCP Claims Experts will introduce you to Consultation Claims Limited (or other FCA-authorised CMCs) to pursue potential claims relating to car finance, loans, or mis-sold credit agreements.

Important: PCP Claims Experts does not manage or handle your claim. All claims are managed by the partner CMC, and all decisions regarding the claim are taken by them.

2. Your Obligations

By using our service you agree to:

- Provide accurate information to enable us to make the introduction to the partner CMC.

- Read and follow all instructions provided by the partner CMC regarding your claim.

- Follow the partner CMC’s procedures for submitting documentation and communications.

3. Our Obligations

PCP Claims Experts will:

- Introduce you to an FCA-authorised CMC capable of handling your claim.

- Provide clear information about fees and charges relating to the services of the partner CMC.

- Ensure transparency about our role as an introducer and the nature of our relationship with the partner CMC.

4. Fees & Charges

PCP Claims Experts operates on a No Win No Fee basis. We do not charge you directly.

Fees are set by the partner CMC, Consultation Claims Limited, as follows:

Fees are exclusive of VAT.

5. Cancellation

Your claim introduction is subject to the partner CMC’s cancellation policy:

- You have a 14-day cooling-off period from the date you sign their agreement, during which you can cancel without charge.

- If you cancel after the cooling-off period, the partner CMC’s cancellation fees will apply.

6. Personal Data

PCP Claims Experts takes your privacy seriously.

We collect and use your information solely to introduce you to FCA-authorised CMCs.

We will not share your personal data without your consent, except to facilitate your claim with the partner CMC.

We comply with GDPR and ICO regulations.

7. Limitation of Liability

PCP Claims Experts is not responsible for:

- The outcome of your claim or any compensation offered.

- Actions or decisions taken by the partner CMC.

- Delays or errors in communications between you and the partner CMC.
